Terms And Conditions for enrollment

Tablet
- Issue of" tablet" is only for select courses at select centres.
- The tablet will be made available to students undertaking the JEE and NEET classroom courses with myclassroom at select centres. This will apply for Std 11, Std 12 and Std 12 passed students who have enrolled with myclassroom for a minimum 1-year course or higher. This will not be applicable for students of crash courses, test series or other short duration courses. The tablet will be issued only once even if the student has enrolled for a course which is longer than 1 year in duration.
- The tablet will not be issued to students who have enrolled only for one or two subjects.
- The tablet will have restricted access and will only be usable for academic content made available by myclassroom, during the course term.
- Students will not be able to download any other apps on the tablet for the duration of the course term.
- After the course ends, the access restrictions on the tablet will be removed and the student will be able to use it for any purpose as the student may deem fit.
- In case of loss of tablet or damage to tablet during or after the course term, myclassroom will not be responsible for such loss/damage in any manner. In such an event and during the course term, the student may buy a new tablet with restricted access from us at applicable price.
- Any repair of tablet, if required, must be done at authorised service centers of the tablet’s manufacturer only and the expense in relation to such repairs (either in warranty or outside warranty) shall be the sole responsibility of the student / parent and myclassroom will not be responsible for any repair of the tablet in any manner.
Refund Policy
The system at myclassroom works in a transparent manner and fair manner. In case, students want to discontinue studying with myclassroom, he / she will have to visit our learning centers and submit a written application stating appropriate reasons. The date of submission of the written application letter at the center will be the relevant date to be considered for calculating the refund amount. The other terms applicable to such refund policy are as follows:
- There will be no refund in case of any short-term course – less than 90 days.
- There will be no refund of any test registration fee such as mySEAT fee.
- Admission fee will not be refundable in any circumstances. Only Tuition Fee will be refundable basis the below criteria:

- Days will be counted from the batch start date or admission date, whichever is later irrespective of the day of first class attended by the student.
- In case of transfers in job posting of parents / guardians, if myclassroom centers are available in the destination city, the student will be accommodated in a suitable batch at the new center. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
- In case of transfers in job posting of parents / guardians, if myclassroom centers are NOT available in the destination city, the student will be refunded the Tuition Fee on pro-rated monthly basis. Admission fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, as assessed by myclassroom management, on case-to-case basis, the student will be refunded the Tuition Fee on pro-rated monthly basis. Admission fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- The student/ parent shall comply with the terms of the financing arrangement executed with financing entities associated with myclassroom, in relation to any loan obtained by such student/ parent for the purposes of admission to myclassroom. Any refund of the fees by myclassroom shall be first paid to the relevant financing entity that has provided the loan to student/ parent, and any remaining refund amount left (after the satisfaction of the loan) will be paid by myclassroom to student/ parent.
General Rules and Regulations
- myclassroom reserves the right to deny admission to any student without giving any reasons.
- Students should refrain from indiscipline of any kind such as uninformed absenteeism, misbehavior with fellow students and staff, misuse of mobile/ tablets in learning centers, disobedience of instructions given by staff etc. Such behavior by students will lead to suspension or termination from the course without any refund of Tuition Fee or admission fees.
- Parents will be duly informed about indiscipline on the student’s part. If instances of indiscipline are not addressed, then, in addition to the actions mentioned in point 2 above by myclassroom, the parents shall also be held accountable for such behavior of students.
- Any Fee paid will be adjusted first towards Admission Fee and the remaining amount will be adjusted towards Tuition Fee.
- Fee instalments should be paid on / before the stipulated time as mentioned in the admission/ enrolment form, failing which myclassroom would be entitled to disallow entry of such student to the class and to block access to study material on the tablet (if desired).
- In case of delay in payment of fee instalment, there will be a fine of Rs 1000 per week or part thereof till the time the delayed fee instalment is paid by the student.
- myclassroom is entitled to use the student’s photographs and testimonials for promotional purpose as myclassroom deems fit.
- Students must submit self-attested photocopies of all their competitive exam admit cards as soon as they receive it.
- Students must submit his/her Aadhar card copy as an identity proof.
- If Student is minor, Aadhar card copy of Parent is also required as an identity proof.
- myclassroom takes multiple factors into account during batch formulation and teacher allocation to batches, hence requests for change of batch or teachers by students / parents may not be entertained by myclassroom
- All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi only.
- In case of non-compliance with any of the aforesaid obligations of the students/ parents, myclassroom reserves its rights to take any actions, including restricting the use of tablets, blocking access of students to centers or study material or any other action which myclassroom deems fit.
Declaration by parents and students
I have carefully read and understood all terms and conditions and agree to abide fully by them. I have read the refund policy completely and agree to abide by the same.
