At myclassroom, our students and their performance come first.
We believe in complete transparency and student centric policies. We strive to achieve improvement for each of our students by providing him/her all the attention and resources needed for that. However, in spite of our best efforts, there can be instances where the student is unable to improve his / her academic performance and is hence not completely satisfied with our services. We truly regret that.
In case any of our student is not satisfied with our services, we will return the course fee paid to us.
What does the myclassroom Success Guarantee involve?
myclassroom guarantees its students an improvement in their academic performance within one academic year. To objectively assess the improvement, this is how we will help you:

Qualifying Conditions for Seeking a Refund?
Students of any of myclassroom’s paid course of a duration of one year or above only can seek a refund, if we fail to meet the myclassroom Success Guarantee. You will appreciate that as teachers, we expect our students to put in their best efforts and we would expect them to meet the following to honor our myclassroom Success Guarantee:
1. A minimum 75% attendance in the classes, AND
2. A mandatory completion of 75% of the daily practice sheets in a timely manner, AND
3. Taking at least 75% of the tests assigned to them.
How Much Fee Will Be Refunded?
The fee charged to the student has two components:
1. Fixed charges (Course Material charges and Tab charges)
2. Academic Charges (Charges for lectures, Test Series, etc.)
As the fixed charges are unavoidable, they are not refundable. However, the Academic Charges are refundable, subject to the qualifying conditions.
Timelines For Refund
The student can apply within 30 days of the Output exam and they will get the refund within 30 days of refund approval.
